Live in temporal bodies 2. Human life is limited - B. FINITE Definition - "Having a limit; limited in quantity, degree, or capacity; bounded; opposed to infinite" [1913 Webster] 1. Live in a Magical Thinking Culture 2. Wrongly believe we can live irresponsibly 3. Think they result in no consequences - Galatians 6:7 "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." C. God is All Powerful - Jeremiah 32:27 "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?" 1. Finite Job learns from an infinite God - Job 38:4 "Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding." 2. He has the power of creation for He is its creator II. DOING GOD'S JOB CALLS FOR OMNISCIENCE A. God possesses all knowledge 1. Define Omniscience "Having infinite awareness, understanding, and insight" 2. Human knowledge will increase - Daniel 12:4 "But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase." 3. Human knowledge doubling every five years 4. God's knowledge is faster than that - Jeremiah 33:3 "Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. ' B. God's Knowledge is faster than you can ask or think - Eph. 3:20 "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen”

Doing God's job is overwhelming - Isaiah 55:8,9 "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, " says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. " C. Those who want to do God's job must slow down and think
